Most problems are systems problems—either inside the business, or inside the person running it. My job is to make the next step obvious, then help you install it in the right order.
Three generations of putting clients first. My grandfather helped families with insurance after World War II. My father spent his career at Metropolitan Life—I watched what it means to stay with people for years, not months. Big plans are really a series of small decisions: get the facts, decide, repeat—aligned with what you care about.
I started in sales, then moved into operations and tech, then started and ran my own companies. What stayed the same: tell the truth, make the complex simple enough to act on, and only promise what you can deliver. Busy owners don’t need more buzzwords—they need someone who can sort the mess and point to the next step.
